I hear no beat
Binaural beats need headphones: each ear must hear its own tone. Check that both earbuds are in, and that the beat intensity is not set to Off in the mix settings. With speakers, choose an isochronic sound such as Deep Work 40 or Pure Gamma 40 Hz.
The sound stops after 30 minutes
In the free version, listening and timers stop after 30 minutes. MentalWave Premium removes the limit.
How do I play MentalWave with my music or a podcast?
Turn on Backdrop mode in Profile (Premium). MentalWave then plays on top of Music, YouTube or podcasts instead of pausing them.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose MentalWave. You can also tap Manage subscription in the app’s Profile tab. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
I changed iPhone and lost Premium
On the welcome screen or in Profile, tap Restore. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so use the same one.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
